This coaching supports you in this.
In a personal relationship with me, your coach, you learn to implement your new healthy habits every day. We have contact throughout the day and as often as you need it.
With "Check-Ins" several times a day I will make sure that you stay on the ball and that you don't get into old habits again. But of course everything without pressure, guilt or even "punishment".
II will motivate you, praise you, build you up again if things don't go so well and put you straight back on the right track. We will celebrate you and your successes (which you will have with absolute certainty!) together.

Since my teenage years I have had problems with my weight/body and especially with my self-image.
Over the years, the kilos crept up, also through the pregnancies. I was never aware how "much" I had become.
From time to time I tried diets, but I could only hold out for a short time. Besides, the motivation was always gone quickly and you had no one to support you.
Eventually I found Nikki Gundy's Instagram profile and got new motivation that I could do what she did.
Then I heard about her OnTrack programme. At first I was sceptical whether it could work like this, but I tried it anyway and was surprised! Thanks to her, I was able to establish my morning workout routine, took a big step in the right direction, acknowledged my successes and didn't give up! Physically I have also changed quite a bit. What is Fitness Accountability Coaching?
OnTrack is a unique fitness program based on a personal relationship between you and I. I will check in with your workouts and hold you accountable for your choices EVERY SINGLE DAY. We can all find a good workout program or join a gym or buy a new healthy eating cookbook, but those things will not work unless you implement them consistently every day. This is one of the first fitness accountability services in the country, dedicated to helping you manage your day to day choices and making sure you stay OnTrack to reach your health and fitness goals.
Why do I need a Fitness Accountability Coach?
Because trying to change your life for the better is HARD and you shouldn't have to do it on your own. Having someone on hand to help keep you accountable is a powerful tool for committing and creating consistency with a new routine. You won't believe the difference it makes when you know someone else is checking in with your choices every day and that you have a dedicated support system at the touch of a button.
To make something a priority you also need to be able to talk about it. Unfortunately not everyone will understand your new priorities, not everyone will care about them as much as you need them to. I will.
Why should this work?
Let me put it this way:
If we know that a visit is announced, experience shows that we will clean and tidy up our house or flat quickly before. Most of the time you will then do more than usual in a whole week.
It's the same with Accountability Coaching, except that I come "to visit" several times a day and see how things are going ;) After a while the routine has become so firmly established that it becomes part of your everyday life.
Are there scientific studies on the effectiveness of accountability?
The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) conducted a study on accountability and found that you have a 65% chance of success in achieving a goal if you commit to someone.
If you have made a specific Accountability appointment with someone you have committed to, your chance of success increases to 95%.So if you have an Accountability Coach, you only have a 5% chance of not reaching your goal!
Do I have to live in Germany?
Whilst I would love to work with women from all over the world, to help you stay accountable I need to be in a similar time zone to you – If you are outside of my time zone please refer to www.nikkigundy-ontrack.com to locate a coach in your area .
How much does the program cost?
The first month is 270€- Any additional months spent with the program are 170€ per month.
That is a lot of money. Why is the program so expensive?
Yes, it's a lot of money, but don't forget that this is a personal, non-standard 1 to 1 coaching. I am available for you almost all day, whenever you need me and for as long as you need me. Our coaching relationship will be very personal, as I will be part of your daily routine or just be available to listen to your worries and needs. The programme is tailored to you personal
How long will I have to stay on the program?
Clients should expect to spend 1-2 months with the program. I will help you get into a great routine quickly so that you build enough confidence to continue on your own, without coaching as soon as possible.
What can I expect from my Coach if I sign up?
As your coach it will be my job to help you stick to a routine consistently to see results and for it to become a habit. I will help to keep you in a positive mindset for you to succeed in each day. This will be tailored entirely to you. You will be in regular contact with me throughout the day for support and should there be a blip or a wobble (as there inevitably will) I will get you back 'on track' as quickly as possible.
What kind of contact will I have with my Coach?
The program is conveniently delivered through WhatsApp text message and/or voice-note, 6 days a week (Mon-Sat)
What kind of food will I be expected to eat?
There is no specific dietary requirement or food plan with this program, however if your goal is fat loss, you must agree to eat in a calorie deficit.
What type of exercise will I need to do?
I firmly believe it's not WHAT you do that matters but how often you do it. All I ask is that you do some kind of physical activity for at least 30 mins, 6 days a week. Some days this could be a brisk walk, or yoga and other days this could be more intensive activity like strength training. This is your fitness journey, you get to decide what you do. All I ask is that continue to improve as you progress through the weeks.
What if I have an injury?
As this program has a substantial workout component, if you currently suffer from any injury or previously have done so, please seek clearance from your Doctor before submitting your application.
